Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your membership of The Gathering Table ("we", "us"), a community games and social club. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

1. Accounts & eligibility

Account holders must be 18 or over. You must give accurate details and verify your mobile number. Children under 18 may be registered as members under a parent or guardian's account; children are verified by The Gathering Table (by phone or photo ID) before they become active. You're responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your login secure.

2. Membership & pricing

A Free account lets you pay per session. Standard membership (£10/month for ages 12 and over, £5/month for under-12s, free for under-18-months) includes standard sessions and member discounts. Membership is per person; the account holder pays for their own and their children's memberships. Some "special" sessions may carry a seat-holding deposit that is redeemed against your spend on the day. Prices may change with notice.

3. Sessions & bookings

Places may be limited and are subject to availability. Booking a seat is free. If you book and neither attend nor cancel, a £2 no-show charge is added to your account balance, and you will not be able to make new bookings until it is cleared. Bookings are limited to two outstanding bookings per week. We may change, reschedule or cancel sessions.

4. Behaviour

We want a welcoming, safe space for all ages. We may refuse entry or end a membership for behaviour that is unsafe, abusive or disruptive. Adults are responsible for supervising their own children unless a session is explicitly staffed for that purpose.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel a paid membership at any time; it will end at the close of the current billing period. You can delete your account at any time from your profile page, or by contacting us.

6. Liability

We provide our sessions with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll post the current version here with the date it was last updated.
