The Gathering Table is a community games & social club — a place to find your people and do something together, every week.
The idea
Modern life makes it surprisingly hard to find your people. We bring it all together — warm, regular sessions you can simply turn up to. The way a leisure club gives families a place to be active, we give them a place to connect: games nights, book clubs, craft afternoons, quizzes, coffee mornings and more.
How it works
- Pick your interests. Tell us what you're into and we point you to the groups that fit — from tabletop games to pottery to tasting nights.
- Book your seat. Browse what's on and reserve a place — for yourself or the whole family, all from one account. Booking is free; you just turn up and check in.
- Bring the family. Add your partner and children to your account so you can book everyone in one go. Under-18s are verified by our team in person.
- Keep coming back. Regular sessions mean familiar faces — book your next seat before you leave.
Run by the community
Our events are run by a mix of The Gathering Table, our own members, and selected local hosts — everyone verified. If you'd love to bring people together, you can become a host, or if you run a café, shop or space, you can open a venue with us.
Membership
It's free to join and pay as you go. A Standard membership (launching soon) includes our standard events and member perks. Either way, you start with a free, verified account.
