Is it really free to join?+
Yes. A free account is verified, gets you a member QR code, and lets you browse and book any event. Standard events are free to attend while we launch.
What does Standard include?+
All of our standard Gathering Table events, included in your monthly membership — just book your seat. You also get member discounts on special events, and the same free booking as everyone — a £2 hold only ever applies if you book and don't turn up.
How does family pricing work?+
Add your partner and children to one account. Standard is age-banded: £10/mo for 12 and over, £5/mo for under 12, and free for under-18-months. You can put as many or as few people on Standard as you like.
What's the £2 seat hold?+
Booking is free. A £2 hold only ever applies if you book a seat and don't turn up — it keeps places open for people who'll actually come. Scan in at the event and it clears. Cancel before it starts and there's no charge.
When does paid membership open?+
Soon. For now everyone is on Free and pays as they go — no card needed. We'll let you know before Standard billing goes live.
